Clients are expected to ride safely and follow local traffic laws. Riding under the influence, in the rain, on beaches, in pedestrian-only areas, or on stairs is not allowed.You are fully responsible for the scooter and accessories during the rental period.

A refundable deposit of 2,000 MXN is required before delivery.
Optional damage insurance is available for 200 MXN and covers accidental damage, but not loss or theft. All included items (lock, charger, helmet, etc.) must be returned or fees will apply.
No refunds are given once the rental has started. 

By booking, you acknowledge the risks involved in riding an electric scooter.
You are responsible for any injury, accident, or damage that may occur during the rental.
Palmera Rides is not liable for any harm or third-party issues resulting from scooter use.
