Just send us a message on WhatsApp! We’ll confirm availability and deliver the scooter directly to your hotel or Airbnb for rentals of 24 hours or more.

We do not have a physical storefront. Delivery is available anywhere in Playa del Carmen for a fee of 200 MXN. Yes, a 2000 MXN deposit is required and refunded after inspection if there is no damage or loss.

No refunds are issued once the rental has begun. Please make sure you're comfortable with the terms before starting your ride.

Yes! Our scooters are beginner-friendly and easy to use. We recommend starting in Eco Mode — it limits the speed for a smoother, safer first ride.  We'll show you how everything works before your ride. Most people get the hang of it in just a few minutes.

Our scooters have an average range of 22 to 40 km, depending on your settings and usage. The distance may vary based on factors like:

  • Economy vs. sport mode
  • Rider weight and riding style
  • Speed and terrain
  • Continuous vs. occasional use

Most of our clients are able to ride comfortably throughout the entire day. If you’re planning a long outing, you can bring your charger just in case — it works with any standard outlet.

For your safety and to ensure proper use of the scooter, please follow these basic guidelines:

Do not ride in the rain or through puddles — wet roads reduce traction and increase the risk of slipping, especially on painted lines or metal surfaces. Water can also damage the scooter’s motor and battery. Avoid stairs, curbs, and uneven surfaces that may cause loss of balance or impact damage. Always ride on paved roads and bike paths, never on the beach or in the sand. Do not carry passengers or heavy bags, and always ride in the direction of traffic. Slow down when turning and avoid sudden braking. Use the lock and key when parking, and store the scooter in a dry, secure place when not in use.

Scooters are allowed on bike paths and quiet streets. Please avoid riding on the beach or highways. Vehicles are strictly prohibited on 5th Avenue. It’s a pedestrian-only zone (we provide lock and key). You can park the scooter nearby and explore the area on foot.

Scooters are prohibited in the following areas:

  • 5th Avenue (Quinta Avenida) – This is a pedestrian street only. No scooters, bikes or cars allowed.
  • Parque Fundadores – The park near the beach and ferry is walking only.
  • The beach entrance of Calle 38 – This area becomes pedestrian as you get closer to the sand.
  • Private resort areas – Some hotels or gated communities may restrict access to vehicles.

These rules are enforced by local police. If you enter by mistake, just get off and walk your scooter until you're back in a rideable area.

We recommend using bike paths and calm side streets — they’re perfect for a smooth, safe ride!

Yes! Playa del Carmen is safe for scooters, especially if you ride responsibly and stay alert. The city has several bike paths and many calm residential streets ideal for riding.

A few important safety tips:

  • Always ride in the direction of traffic — many streets in Playa are one-way, and vehicles don’t expect traffic coming from the opposite direction.
  • Use bike paths when available.
  • Lock the scooter when not in use — we provide a lock and key.

Most of our customers enjoy a smooth and safe ride through the city. If you’re ever unsure about a route, feel free to ask us for tips!

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We’ll assist you or provide a replacement if needed.

You’re responsible for damages unless you purchase the optional damage insurance (200 MXN), which covers all accidental damage except theft or loss.

Our scooters support riders up to 120 kg (265 lbs).If you're close to this limit, we recommend riding solo and avoiding steep hills for best performance. Have questions? Contact us anytime.
